When i was initially hired by this company i was informed that i would be a dispatch tech and training to become a tech. I purchased a Keurig single serving coffee maker for my son for use in his apartment at college. His roommate did not drink coffee. I though it was a good way to have a single service of coffee, hot chocolate, tea, etc. The B60 version was not inexpensive over $130. The unit stopped working after about 3 or 4 months. We got an alarm system for our house with the contract saying that it would be finished when we sold our house. We are still paying 1 1/2 years later because the contract was rewritten after they left the house. On they copy they have everything was refilled in . I ordered the starter pack back in April. We received two batteries and six cartridges. After a month one of the batteries stopped working so I sent it back for replacement. I bought a new one as well for backup since my husband and I were both using the product. Since then I've sent back countless batteries for replacement and have received nothing but junk. I have been trying to re establish my credit. I decided to get a 400.00 MC with HSBS, a Best Buy Rewardzone Mastercard. I have been using it for almost a year. I charge normally small amounts, like gas or groceries, then pay it off mostly or in full when I'm paid each month on the 15th.
