The transformer pad mount installed cornering my backyard has been humming since the day we moved in to the house in 2007. After figuring out the source of the noise, I had been fighting with Xcel Energy to get this resolved. They behave like an elephant mammoth which would not even feel touched even when a poor consumer like a moth hits it with full force. This is an old complaint but consumers should know that some of the wood flooring that they sell for kitchen use does not hold up and they have a terrible customer service department that will not look at damage to offer assistance. Found a fantastic price on a used Lifepak 15 - $16, 499. Company insisted on pre-payment. Mailed them a check, they stated that item was being packed to ship a week ago. They cashed the check and no one at their office can say where the item is - they only will confirm it was not shipped. No returned phone calls to me or our attorney. I received a call from this Safety Services Company telling me I ordered a Safety manual from them when I didn't and then they tell you they made a mistake in their records. In the past I used them several years ago and this is how they harrass people to use them. I told no I dont want a manual and nothing to do with your company. They continued to call me, email me and phone me. I finally told them I will charge them with harrassment if they don't stop. This is more a general question than a complaint. I have been trying to get pregnant for 2 months. I did miss my first period and now I am supposed to have my second period but have not recieved it as well. I have been having several symptoms also. I did 4 in total in 2 months of the equate pregnancy home tests (cheaper ones) and they both came up negative. I saw my MD today and when I did a urine sample there it came out as not a clear answer so they drew my blood. I will find out the results in 2 days.
