Purchased a Cosmetic laser machine from American Medical. They were paid $34, 900 via wire transfer as they requested April, 2010. After several months, we still have not received the machine. All we have received are empty promises that machine is on the way, followed by promises of a refund. He doesn't respond to emails or phone calls. One of their trucks came by my home and driver broke my mailbox on purpose. No one knows why and who drove AAA truck at that time. It was a battery truck and AAA written all over it in its normal red color. AAA was contacted and I was treated, I felt, like a jerk who does not know a AAA truck when I see one. They said today that they are not responsible for whoever did the damage even though it was their truck and one of their guys they contract. Skype terms of usage allowed for unlimited calls for US and Canada is 10, 000 minutes per month or 6 hours per day maximum. My unlimited subscription started in October 2010 paid for the whole year. I used up 6hours+ in a day just one time (3-way calling) on February 3, 2011. Since then, skype charges me each time I call. This gym is horrible and only keeps getting worse. The staff here is probably at its worse since I started my membership years ago. THe equipment is always defective. If you are a female you must bring in your free weights because they keep everything locked up and only have 10lbs available if you have them hold your Id when you are using them.
