I took the CERT training in 2010. I felt while the training is very cool and a great way to learn how to help others. I felt that the instructors did not know what they were talking about. It really was like they woke up one morning and said let's do this. The instructors had little background in the material they were teaching. It would be nice if they had people who knew what they were talking about or at least knew the material from the manuals they were using. We purchased our 26' above ground pool from Fox Pools, Lancaster, Pa. 8 years ago. I was bringing my mother up to live with me moving from her Florida home. We stopped at Holiday Inn & Express in Valdosta, GA. Very nice hotel and the front clerk that evening was very pleasant. Duke Energy Inc. charges enormously outrageous prices for their electricity service!!! They charge enormously too much!! They have already been sued before. They charge however much they want to because their the only competitor/provider in the area (Winston-Salem, North Carolina). They don't work with people on low incomes.
