The reason for the many complaints about this company besides the poor customer service is the extremely poor quality of their dvds. This is because the discs are pirated(illegal copies.) The response I received stated that the set is not an "official sedition, but rather a "fan" or "collectors" edition, what ever that means. I bought a lot of tile and other materials to have tile installed in a shower. I paid a lot of money to have the tile installed. The tile in the boxes ended up being about 4 different colors. The shower looks awful. Some of the tiles are a real dark brown, some are a real light beige, some even look greyish. Even the decorative tile was either a dark brown color or a light beige.
