I purchased the Wal-Mart Student Edition MoneyCard however I put all the correction information in the system for activation. The customer service agent stated the system could not verifiy my information and I had to wait 3-5 business days to get a refund of my own money that I downloaded on the card. When I moved in to this facility the apartment complex was aware of my financial constraints and that of being unemployed.
