Hired Tarzan Trees to trim my 40-foot tall redwood tree and remove all the branches and trimmings. The tree was trimmed in a timely manner, but five days later, the trimmings and branches are STILL in my yard. The person who did the work, Gary (the owner, I believe), has not returned any phone calls asking him to call me and get the mess cleaned up. I made the mistake of paying him in full and now I'm paying again to have this detritus removed from my yard. In fairness, he did a good job on the trimming, but my mistake was paying before the job was complete.
