Do not purchase their warranties. First they claim all it covered was for stains or animal urine. Then when it was shown too them torn or punctured leather from accident. The WHOLE experience was terrible!!! I have contacted the company and told them my thoughts. I have been apologized to. And was promised free prints. No one ever followed through!!! This website, which was hitherto unknown to me, has set up a profile in my name and linked it to my email id. and keeps sending me messages in regard to it. It has even posted status messages in my name. I'm at my wits' end becos there is no way to delete that profile. It is similar to facebook, but extremely unethical, maddening, and aggressive in building a database of subscribers. How is it possible that i could be charged ZAR 3.00 for call duration of 17 seconds. Before making the call to my friend, i checked my airtime balance. It was R35.77. I purchaced a pair of Tuffa boots off of the Internet, from a company called Tack Direct. At first they were very nice, untill I had a problem. Then I sent them directly back to the manufacture (Tuffa). Found it was a fault in the boots (after 3 weeks of wear). It took them 3 months to send me a new pair to relpace them, with NO postage refund! Within 3 weeks the second pair broke.
