So ive been working at journeys for about a month or so, and i have been consistenly asking my boss for my pay checks but instead of actually doing anything about it, he just ignores me, and says he needs to call pay roll. Received the wrong item. Their website was wrong. I was unable to get a response regarding the problem. I had to dispute charging with Credit Card to get response. They did update their website after I pointed out the issue but then stated it was my responsibility to send item back before they would ship out the correct item. I refused and after much hassle they sent a UPS call tag. I sent item back but never reimbursed my credit card for item and shipping charge. I filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau. I will not use this company again and I suggest the same to anyone else considering it. read full review »

I do not even know how they got my information. I have never ordered their product or received their products, but somehow they are charging my credit card. I thought it was another product i had ordered at first, but after canceling that product and still being charged I know it is not. Signed up for a free trial. Shipped and I cancelled jumping through all the hoops they throw in front of you. Then I find two more charges on my credit card. Later another package arrives in the mail and I'm charged again. Calling these people does no good. They will tell you anything or they will just hang up on you. I purchased renters insurance through American Bankers Insurance in Aug, 2008 for an apt. I have moved from that apt and on Aug 14, 2009 they took $296.00 using the debit information they had stored from the previous payment for renters insurance. I called and told them I did not request renters insurance for 2009. They told me that once you pay them once, they will keep deducting at renewal unless you send in a statement saying otherwise. Metro Public Adjustment was hired to repersent us for an insurance claim it took Metro over 7 months to get our claim settled and along the way they just kept taking more money from us to hire an independent and then an umpire to try and settle the dispute with the insurance co and during the entire process we were being reassured by the adjuster and the rep from Metro is that once we get to the umpire stage that they never loose and it would be in my best intrest to proceed to that step. Felix Ngati represented in a claim against someone who hit the rear of of my car while I was stopped back in november of 2004. We received a settlement in August of 2005. We received enough money to pay his fees and pay the chiropractor I had to see to recover from the bodily effects of the accident. My August payment was due 8/1/09. I set up a payment through my bank on 8/31/09. Obviously my bank and your offices are not open for business on a Saturday to process payments. Consequently my payment arrived in your offices on Monday, August 3, 2009. I was subsequently charge a $39 late payment. I feel that the late payment was unjust and wish it reversed. I made a purchase through this company's online store. (I live in the USA). The item I purchased was important enough to me that I was willing to pay shipping to the US. The company sent me the wrong size of an item for my horse. When I contacted them, they instructed me to return the item to them for an exchange. They we suppose to do a loan modification for me, so I wouldn't loose my home. I gave them a cashiers check for $2800. I feel foolish for working with this company. I purchased a 395 report, then was immediatly upsold to the next Optimizer report, which cost another 2500. When I got the second report, and realized how silly it was, I asked for a refund. Nothing. No return phone calls, and no customer service.
