Customer Service sucks. The blond haired bearded Guy behind the counter was slow and did not acknowledge me. When he finally did, he behaved like a total Douche Bag. A couple weeks ago I noticed my carpet getting very wet. I had no idea where or what was causing this. After a few days I realized it was coming thru the floor/wall under the air unit.
