Billed on credit card $59.99 in Dec 2008 for membership which I don't recall activating but I must have since I didn't dispute it then. Trouble is that there is no way to use the membership discounts, no email, no card, nothing! Good thing I paid attention to postcard notice of 2nd semi-annual membership billing fee so I called and cancelled the membership. Also going to cancel the credit card to which the fee is associated. Someone claiming to be from "Business Systems" constantly calls and asks us for the serial numbers on our copiers. We know that it's a scam so we don't tell them anything, but how can we find out who they are? When we ask for a phone number (their # doesn't show on caller ID), they say they don't have incoming phone lines. Something needs to be done in getting product in a timely fashion. This Wal*Mart location has the razor refills locked up and it has taken me no less than 20 minutes on three different locations since the first of the year to wait for customer service to get the launch codes released and someone over with a key. Mobile scam!! Unauthorized charges to your cell phone bill. I took a test on facebook and to get your answer textd to you, you of course you had to supply your cell#. Got a coupon in the mail regarding Air Duct cleaning for $ 64.99. it is the basic cleaning with no returns cleaning. The coupon shows a big truck with the real vacuum mounted on truck. This company was hired to do outdoor advertsing for my company. Door hangers. They where supposed to drop in one specfic zip code due to territory restrictions. 10, 000 peices. To start they where to print my pieces. I gave them the art work...When I finally saw the pieces they where horrible. I called sears home repair for my lawn mower blade not turning. Mower needed a belt. I was charged $250.63 for a job that took 5 min. I called sears and reported that I felt a 200 labor cost for a 5 min job was outragious. The customer service guy that I talked to agreed with me and went on to tell me that they were offering belt change, blade change, and oil change for $169.00. And I was charged $250 for just a belt!!! I was given a number to call. I called of course they were no help to me, they were employed by sears.
