This company is a SCAM! The technician that came to our house was named "Naz". Well, they will charge you $50 to come out and tell you that if you decide to have them fix your t.v., they will apply the $50 toward the bill. I contacted the company for assistance in completing Chapter 7 documents. They agreed to complete the paperwork for $195 and all I would have to do is file them and pay the filing fees. This company took my money Greg Bohl and Claudia Montalvo provided me with partial paperwork that was not completed correctly then never returned calls or emails. They ask you for 2.95 to ship acd to you.. no big deal.. Then 4 days later they hit your bank account with a 39.95 debit. took a bit of investigating to find them. got hold of the customer service rep and shook her to her knees. got a supervisor and threathened to file fraud charges etc. You have to hit them hard. Finally was told I would get a refund and have a confirmation number. Its true Bullseye treats law enforcement like shit. Those guys that work in that shop think they are god’s gift to guns. Every thing 1911 pointed out about the range is 200% true. There is no supervision at all and the thugs that come in to shoot, I am surprised they know which end of the gun the bullet comes out. In the spring of 2005 we bought a Polaris 50th Anniversary Edition 550 Supersport. The first year we put maybe 400-500 miles on it (Jan/06 to Mar /06, only used it about 4 Xs the /07 season. I bought one game from Oberon Media. I was charged the month after for 1 game I did not request. When I contacted Oberon Media I was informed the terms of the contract were that I purchased 1 game a month for twelve months. This I have done but find I am being charged for two games every month even though I only buy one. When I contact OberonMedia I am given a reference number to use against another gane but when I request the registration key my request is not always answered and I am not allowed to use the credit for the following months purchase.
