WE had a 3-season room installed 4-5 years ago by Betterliving. While we were generally pleased with the construction, we have had a leaking roof almost from the first day. When we contacted them, they did come out to "fix the problem permenantly." the problem continues every year and now the local phone number no longer exists and the company number always respons with "this mailbox is filled and no longer can receive messages." consequently, we will be required to now pay to have this recurring problem fixed. read full review »

On Sunday 1st March 2009 at about 3.30pm, we brought our son to Kodak express at HDB toa payoh central(address: BLK 500 TOA PAYOH LORONG 6, #01-30 HDB CENTRE) for a passport photo shot. Their business practices are fraudulent and unlawful, they totally misrepresent their chandeliers, stating that they are 100% crystal and I was charged for items I didn't receive. Bought an over the sink shelf and it came BROKEN, I did not ask them to replace it and they sent it anyways. Fed ex left it outside and I was not able to refuse delivery. Second item was a queen size feather comforter pad. They sent me a twin although I specifically put in the number that was indicated in the magazine for a queen. They would not pay to ship it back. On Wednesday 14 Jan 09 I went to the RentaCenter located on Campbellton Rd here in Atlanta.
