My check was declined last night at Lowes based on information from Cetergy Check Services. I contacted Cetergy customer service to find out why my check was declined they gave me a run around and would only say that my check fit their "profile" and that bank's do not guarantee payment and the store does not have to accept my check. I received a bill from Medicare where they were being billed $328.09. This is not my bill and nor did I have these services rendered. I called Medicare and they gave me the companies phone number to call; 915-561-5091 and the phone is not in service. I ordered several sizes of blue plastic bottles which were 'packaged' in a large plastic bag inside a cardboard box. All the sizes were mixed together in the plastic bag and it took an hour to sort them out. I emailed my complaint to them and asked if they could package each bottle size separately. Their response was that nobody ever complained before and that is the way they package, along with a list of reasons why they would not package each size separately. The woman was spiteful and rude. I received an e-mail that was very threating. They are saying that I never paid for the download of the antivirus2008. I received an e-mail confirmation where I had paid from [email protected]. I have had this credit card since approximately 2002. I used it in 2002/2003 to move back to my home in Seattle from South Dakota. Since then, I have made regular payments, at least the minimum, but the majority of payments have been above the minimum. Today I received a letter from them saying that my card has been terminated. I tried to get the name and address of the person to no avail. I then tried their private investigator for only $79 more. I did not even receive a note from them.
