They promptly took my order on line, and the Sales people are very easy to reach. However, apparently they can not 'transfer' you to anyone in Customer Service or Shipping. They can only take a message.????? Never received order. The tracking number said it left their company, but didn't make it. I called, and sent 4 emails. I am a user of Evercom Services and ever since Sunday 9.14.08, I have been unable to make a payment through the on-line service or on the phone with the csr. Each time I've tried it states, "validation failed" and no one can tell me why. I've called them and they've told me the only other options are Western Union or sending a payment via usps (postal service). I can't believe it. I'm tired of trying but I want and need to talk to my loved one. When he calls, it will be the last until I can get the payment through. Western Union is a NO and USPS is a NO. I purchased the above mentioned tv from Ecost as a refurbished unit, however, it was still under warranty. Seriously people, if you order a free trial, READ THE TERMS AND AGREEMENTS!!! It will typically say you have 14 days or 30 days to cancel or they will start charging your account a certain dollar amount. If you do cancel with in time frames, write down the date you cancel and who you talk to. That way, if the merchant continues to charge your account, you have the proper information to give your credit card company when starting a dispute about the transaction. We purchased a Trane HVAC from Home Depot(they contracted out with Advantage Air) on July 14th. It has been leaking for over 2 months and now we have water damage as well as mold. The A/C came with two defective parts. Advantage air has been out over five times and Home depot has been out twice. We are stuck with this defective A/C and no one is taking responsibility for anything. I bought this card, thinking it was a gift card. Then I realized it was a credit card. I tried to take it back to the store where I bought it. I used this company twice for international relocation. The first time, they relocated my household effects from NJ to France. It took my shipment 2 months longer than projected to arrive. I used UPS Store #5851 to send a package via USPS International Priority to Hong Kong. I was charged $45.00 in what the receipt simply calls "International Shipping." When the package arrived in Hong Kong, I was told by the recipient that the actual shipping on the package was $27.
