On 03/01/08 my wife was shopping at Big Lots, and purchased a few items. She wrote a check and had valid Id. The check was declined, she was given a piece of paper with the phone number of certegy on it... she called and they advised here it was declined due to the elevated security. The proprietor, Alan Moscowitz and his assistant Lynn are liars and cheats. They kept my tax information for 8 months and did absloutely nothing. I have a SB account with SBI-Redfields Branch, Coimbatore. I used SBI atm card in Canara bank and Punjab National Bank ATM machines in National Games Village, Koramangala,Bangalore on 1st Feb,2008 around 7.00 PM to retrieve an amount of Rs.3,200/-. My Aqua guard water purifier is not functioning properly. I lodged a complaint with the customer care cell of Aquaguard Chennai Tamil Nadu, India. Complaint reference No is 56563 dated 17 Feb 08, however its been one week now no one has attended the complaint. Whenever we make an enquiry, we are told that the service engineer is on his way. I think for a reputed company like AQUA GUARD it is a very very poor show.
