I bought a Sleep Number bed 4 yrs ago (the dual control type). I noticed I started waking up with terrible back pain and it took me a while to realize it was the bed and that even at the highest air level of 100, it was in no way firm or supportive enough to support or conform to my spine. I had my 3 month ond son in recently for photos and was very dissappointed of the service I received. We were called in after our appointment time( we were the first ones of the day) because the lady was busy making phone calls. This company is affiliated with a foreign company and they use the foreign business tactics to make it impossible to get your money back.
