Interenet connect drops for several minutes EVERY DAY. Try to get through to tech support but takes multiple tries to get through and half of the time they drop the call before talking with a live person. Long hold times and reps that are not knowledgeable on how to fix things. I would be much less unhappy if I could just get directly through to someone who could fix things. Becareful, as vodacom just cust your account when trhey don't recieve payment taht comes off a credit card. These people will call you twice. Once to promote you their product. The second call...whether you said yes/no to their service they contact you to confirm your address and say they will be sending you an invoice. All the while recording this conversation. This company completely renovated our home for a hefty price. They did an extremely poor job. The work came with a 5 year warranty for material and labor.
