I am pretty nervous that I have gotten scammed. The girl that I have been dealing with is named Kayla. I have made 2 orders via paypal and the first one they sent EMS. I paid for Botoholic's "GiftBox + PRO" and the product did not work in the intended way. Botoholic had it on their site that if you were dissatisfied, you could get your money back if you said so within 72 hours. I put in a ticket, telling them I wanted the issue resolved or to just refund my money. We are a chemical distribution company based in England. In November 2010 we ordered 60mts worth of product from a company called Tianjin Kaifendge Import and Export. Lonestar leak detection came out 3 times to try to diagnose and repair our pool leak and charged us twice for complete diagnostic and tried 3 times to fix the leak. our pool still leaks and under repair warranty but now they will respond to my calls . It was running in good condition for some days, afterwards it shows a problem named SSL Error (The security certificate is not yet valid). I sold Coast Spas for several years. As a retailer, I was NOT reimbursed for warranty work after our second year with them (which they were actually made well during those two years). From there it all went down hill. That company has restructured itself more times than I can count. Their defective products almost cost me my business. They made a great product MANY years ago, now they push out junk with high prices and more problems than the retailer can keep up with. We bought a van from longmont ford in november 2005, the vechile was used with 37462 miles on it. Due to being a used vechile we purchased an exteneded warrenty for the van. I recently went into a rite aid to shop located (5627 Chestnut Street, Pennsylvania 19139) and I realized someone was trying to pick pocket me. I then proceeded to the front of the store for a manager or security officer to report the incident. I was informed by Rite Aide workers that they don't have any security or protection for its customers nor staff. They were told to call 911 and they advised me that police officers usually takes half to hour to show. I ported my 084 no from Cell c to Vodacom a few years ago - with no problems. Later in 2010 I became uncontactable and unable to make calls for long periods every day - and was forced to end my Vodacom contract in order to keep my 084 number. Company ships autos to the Balkans. 1), No receipt is ever provided for monies paid. 2) I and at least 8 other customers have had problems ranging from employees driving vehicles for personal use and vehicles arriving damaged.
