We bought a school bag worth 3, 500 pesos at sm department store fairview a week ago and my son used it just for 2 day and now the handle of the bag won't come down. In early 2007, I contracted with Koldon Moving and Storage to move us a short distance from Schaumburg, IL to Hawthorn Woods, IL. I have a pre-paid cell phone that is listed on the DO NOT CALL Registry and these people from masterrecruiters.com continue to call and burn up my minutes. They are so slick they use 1-800-000-0000 as caller ID. I was afraid to go to the website for fear it would infect my computer with some weird virus. Thank you for your report on these scammers. I will file a report for them soliciting some one on the Do Not Call List, but from the sounds of the type of people are running this operation I am sure they would get out of whatever punishment deserved. The fact that this product breaks off and is impossible to reattach just after a few uses is extremely frustrating. So you excuse it and throw it away thinking, it must have sat on the shelf to long or maybe it was a bad batch, ( the person in charge of that batch was just having a not so good day, I can relate to that). I get roughly 10-12 advertising and/or spam emails per day from 100's of different companies through the email services of DLP & associates, PO Box 547, Walnut, CA 91788. I have been continuously opting out of every one of them every day. They say to allow 72 hours for their system to purge email addresses that wish to opt out, however this has been going on for about 2 months now. My car was hit in the front right passenger corner on January 4th of this year, by a gentleman that drove a 7-11 company car. My car was undriveable. A police report was filed and the gentleman resumed full liability for the accident. Unfortunately, the car was insured by Sedgwick CMS. I bought a Maytag Electric Gemini Rage in 2005. I also purchased the extended warranty at that time. It worked just fine until July of 2009, when it started throwing error codes. The oven completely shuts off when this happens. We purchase a product from Ritz online before Christmas. The item arrived defective, which we discovered after spending countless hours trying to get it to work. Our company had paid very high rates for phone service (not mobile phones--note that this category is not even an option probably due to the extreme volume of complaints and legal claims against XO) for over six years. After reading the complaints about this company, and realizing that other medications I take makes use of this product unwise I contacted them within 30 minutes of the initial order and the run around began in earnest. The only positive reviews on this company have to be written by themselves. We purchased the software from prosoft3D, and like all the other reviews it didn't work. Well, I say 'take part' but as the first person rightly pointed out, I have lost count of how many times I have answered loads and loads of questions only to be screened out at the last minute, with them saying either: This survey is now closed or You have not qualified for this survey! So it took them nearly to the end of the survey to find this out? It's a disgrace and I feel that Samplicious should be investigated. Great idea, poor execution. Basically a kayak.com for tickets in the secondary market. Unfortunately it doesn't really work - I tried to search for Book of Morman tickets and the search engine only showed 3 dates for the next month, whereas a quick check with stubhub shows there are secondary markets for all dates. read full review »

I took a new dress (I only wore it once) to the dry cleaner Allegro in Boston. they cleaned it but they left a new stain that has a lighter color than the original fabric, it seems it is from a cleaning product. They knew I was leaving Boston, since I was there just for a trip, and they didn't want to pay for my new dress (which was 150 dollars at Banana).
