I am extremely displeased with Fusion! I recently bought a 37" LCD TV from them and 2 months in it stopped working. I have called the customer support line and every time I call I get an automated message telling me that everyone is busy. I have left messages, just like they instruct, and I have yet to hear back from them. I thought since this was a new company they would at least have good customer service so they could actually compete with the more well known brands, but no. Is it normal or legal for a tree company to start charging you the minute they call you and are on their way and then talk to you for a half an hour once they arrive? Only when I asked the crew manager when to "start the clock" (as I was paying on an hourly basis) did he say the minute he called me from his truck which was over an hour earlier. Like others, this company completely scammed me, they never sent the demo lenses then refused to return them as they said I didnt include them in the return. When I called they said they would speak to a supervisor and call me back, instead they sent the return back to me and have made no effort to satisfy this complaint. Have Had Hughes Net for 2.5 years, have had MAJOR connectivity issues about every 6m-1y.Their Indian Tech support scripts are useless, unintelligible and they don't care to help you or not. They required a $2500 fee for title search, closing cost and such. That was 4 months ago and no closing, no returing of my calls.
