I responded to an Infomercial for a trial supplement sample, paying only the postage of 97 cents via credit card. Almost immediately after the trial sample arrived a charge od $36.90 appeared on my credit card for an order I did not authorize. I checked Google and learned that this Company has a long history of a scam operation. I refused the order when it arrived but got resolution of the problem only through my credit card Company. They advertise free shipping but if you return the item you pay for the shipping. It is not stated on the website or when you place the order. It is not even stated clearly in the return policy section, it just says we pay returns if we made the sistake, on section tells how to return the product with the return label. I order on line all the time and have never encountered a company that didn't pay for the returns. After speaking with Lance ONE time initially, I was pawned off to someone beneath him 3 different times without warning, due to these junior lawyers quitting/getting fired. I was litigating for $6k in child support I had to pay until a boy turned 18. Lance assured me it would be a $3k case closed max uncontested. American Lock and Key installed 2 deadbolt locks for an elderly lady on a fixed income at nearly $300. Of course they had rebuttals, but I feel that is way too steep for the work performed and equipment. I'm not saying they shouldn't have gotten paid...but nearly $300 seems extreme. Please beware before using them...ask a lot of questions, and check out a hardware store for comparable prices and see if you can do it yourself. I attempted to book a flight with CheapoAir and never actually was authorized...so, a flight booking was never made...CheapoAir then called and harrassed me daily several time by phone and email...I ended up calling at my own expense and told one of the reps that the flight never was booked and I had decided not to fly at this time..CheapoAir charged a $25 cancel fee...how is this possible when a flight was never booked..CheapoAir is a SCAM...I had to wait on the phone for an extended period of time which I am billed for just to speak to one of the reps...these guys are a joke. read full review »

Well I payed through many checking account, but was not told there would be a 7 day hold before sending it. I only found out after I went back to their website wondering why I never got it. We booked Canada yard Pro to do a spring clean-up of our residential yard including power-rake, fertilizer and aerate. Plus a *** treatment. They 'booked' our appointment 3 weeks into the future and said that was the earliest they could do the work. The day they had 'booked' our yardwork, they never showed up, never called and after I waited around all day for them to arrive, they said it would be done a week later - or possibly 2 weeks later. We have received NO SERVICE since writing a check last summer. We paid approximately $250. He set up appointments to be at our house, my husband worked at home waiting for him and he never showed or called. For months, we never heard from him, other than a business card stuck in the front door when he knew we wouldn't be home.He wouldn't return our calls. Ordered and paid via wire transfer for a vehicle specific lambo door kit and air freight for a customer in 19 September 2008. Told goods would be despatched within 48 hours after payment received and I would received kit within 7-10 days after. Goods weren't delivered to Fredericton Post Office until 10 October 2008 and not shipped from Canada for another 11 days via sea freight. I received a letter in the mail very similar to many others. It was in a plain white business envelope with no return address and a Canadian stamp. I ordered a plant arrangement for my daughter wich I paid $151.00 for. The arrangement was to send our condolences for a loss of loved one. Progiftnet delivered a cheap arrangement of flower stems with a few sticks in it. Nothing like what I ordered.
