My complaint is similar to all the rest. The police department referred my family after a relative died of a self inflicted gun shot wound. Yes, this is a messy job, and no family member is going to clean it! However, taking advantage of people traumatized by such an event is just the most sickening thing. My contract with telus was over. and 1 month after my contract was done.. they took all the features off and started billing me for calls after 6pm... and they notified me that i should have been aware of that i would lose my evenings and weekends free option once my contract was done. Highly unprofessional. I wouldn't trust them with my valuables! I have had 2 neighbors in the last 6 months complain about their unprofessionalism. Their movers speak very little broken English. They damaged several items. Today they were moving another neighbor and blocked my garage and entry way. I asked them 3 times to move and they refused, they said that they would be done "soon". They claim to be working with google to boost your website. They ask you for £125 plus vat for one month and within three days you should start to see your website ratings improve. I made two support requests recently for non-payment of rewards offered free for completed advertisement participations. There is no limit to the number of free offers you may complete.
