I was on a budget plan and they had $1200 of my money for the heating oil season and in January they let my oil tank run dry our house was freezing and they would not return my calls . I call another oil company and they called my back in ten minutes and helped me out. Also consumer was charging $3.89 per gallon all season because they said oil has high when they bought it so they had to pass on the inflated prices to the customers the customers that they were supppose to be saving money by sign up with them. I took my vehicle in to be serviced because it was pulling to the left when I applied the brakes. They performed all kinds of repairs on the vehicle that weren't needed. They first called me with one price to fix the vehicle, but when they were finished they had added another $80 to the bill without authorization, and they hadn't fixed the problem. When I went to pick up my car, they told me that it wasn't fixed and to bring it back. Servpro was hired by my apartment complex to clean the debris left in the garages from the flooding. The company cleaned the garages in my building on a day it was raining/snowing. To prevent the gas generator used to power wash the garages from getting "ruined", the company put the gas generator inside the building instead of outside. Ron Spoljarick has not returned my phone calls and has ceased all contact as of October 2010 and it is now March 2011. My kitchen is missing half of its cabinets and counter top, the plumbing is not to code (per housing inspector), the floor is lifting.
