Our company has used cliawaived.com for company drug tests. Each time the tests we receive produce false positive results or inconclusive results and we have to send our employees to an actual facility to prove the tests wrong. When we contacted the company to complain after each shipment proved to be unsatisfactory the service rep Tim, he got tired of the complaints and said he wouldn't deal with us anymore and that he we had to deal with the results because the product was not FDA approved, and then would not communicate any further to resolve the issue. read full review »

I bought an unlocked cell phone, and because cell phone companies always add extra charges to the bill, I signed up for a pay-as-you-go-phone, paying for voice and data charges. I bought a bill of goods when I bought the phone as its an international phone, with vodaphone, bought from GSMonster in N.Y. AT&T would not honor the data portion of usage - they sold time to me and wouldn't let me use it??? I told them it sounded like fraud, and told them I would file charges if they didn't give me those air time credits onto my voice plan, which they finally did. I have a pre-paid cell phone that is listed on the DO NOT CALL Registry and these people from masterrecruiters.com continue to call and burn up my minutes. They are so slick they use 1-800-000-0000 as caller ID. I was afraid to go to the website for fear it would infect my computer with some weird virus. Thank you for your report on these scammers. I recently purchased a pair of Middletown Gray/Purple shoes by Zoo York from Kohls. The shoes are clearly labeled "Skate Shoes" in the shoe section, but after skating in them for about 30 seconds, a hole ripped in the side and cut my foot open.
