The product is horrible and the company refuses to refund your money. They tell you that you now own the starter kit and that it can not be returned for a refund!! The cartridges are cheap and impossible to attach to the battery and atomizer without getting the liquid on you. I hired Seabreeze based on a Coupon I received in the mail - biggest mistake ever! They "cleaned" about 2000 square feet of carpet in the new home I had just purchased. I have a retail store and Yakov and Son Refrigeration were hired to repair the fridge and freezer. They were referred to me by someone who had used them in the past. Big Local is a HUGE SCAM. They do not do anything to help your company and have an unfair and difficult cancellation policy- you have to mail them a letter, email them, and call them before they will cancel and then they charge you half your yearly contract.
