We were informed that the volume was set remotely from the home office, whever that is, and they had no local control. On 12/21/09, my 1998 Freightliner Classic was taken to Performance Truck in Beaumont, TX because of water in the oil. They put it in the shop, drained the oil and water, and removed the oil pan. I've entered in a contract with them to help to ease my wife's nerves after I caught a mouse in our pantry. They've put down a few ant traps and a mouse trap like six months ago and all their representative does is to "monitor" these once month for $37.
