Although they tell you that their store pages are easily customizable, they are hardly that, and if you fail to use one of their pre-designed templates they say that they will not support you if you have any problems. So much for customization. Fortune3 charges a transaction fee, which they hide. It is not listed with their other fees, and to find out what it is you have to read their "Terms of Service", which is a wordy, legal document. The Website is supposed to be for a Karaoke group. The problem is its mostly falsified information and from the reviews of the person and the show it sucks. I've seen comments ranging from calling out the lie that a 21 year old has been in business for ten years and someone called them out on their claim to do wedding by saying that yeah they hired him for it and then he flaked out last minute to get laid. They have extremely poor service and the method of luring people in with "free trials" ends in their charging your credit card under shady circumstances. We bought a whole houseful of Mohawk engineered hardwood flooring from Lowe's. It is horrible. Color coming off the edges. Top layer is lifting in places. The boards don't reach edges of the walls or doors in places. We have dogs and they scratch it even though I trim and file their nails every monday. Heaven forbid you drop something or spill liquid. Paid $250 for service contract. Salesman said this was best way and that I could cancel at any time. He described how and where they would spray. They came and sprayed in 1 receptacle despite what salesman said was necessary. Were here less than 10 minutes. I still had ants. I called and they came back. Never ever EVER use this company. I used them on 2/21/11. Picked the bounce house up on a Saturday night with my sister. Lou loaded the bounce house, blower, and extension cord into the back of the truck after telling us he had just had a long drive back after picking it up from another family, and took us inside to sign the contract. I had to change an expensive shirt that bled the color when washed. The store refused to give me a refund but gave me only a credit to buy another shirt. The second shirt also bled and now I had to exchange it for one white shirt in the hope that it will not bled but I will never buy again from Polo Ralph Lauren and recommend everybody never buy from that store. Have had nothing but problems with Comcast since we got their service eight years ago. We have business class internet. I called Apex/ABC and I spoke to a man named David. David has a very heavy accent and seemed to be focused on closing the inspection. KCPL opened a new account for me and did not send my bill to the correct address. We waited and called three times and were accused of not contacting them. Now they want $200 of a $600 bill or they will cut the electric bill by this Friday. I work at a local retailer that does not pay that much and on a fixed income.
