MD Repair - Do not use them! We had a new furnace/air conditioning installed in June of 09 and they have been out here 4 times for repairs. They do not care about you once they have your money. There is no excuse that when you spend over $9000. for a product that anyone should have to come out 4 times in 20 months for repairs. They act like you are bothering them when you call. This business solicited our company to do cleaning of our building. We signed a year contract with them. When we signed, we had a different franchise owner. After about 6 months, he was replaced by another owner. We learned that he had been jerked around by the franchise, sueed them & won. Cloud nine systems cleaned my carpet with the wrong products. Concequently the carpet in my media room was damaged beyond repair. i purchased an amigo plan card and registered the five numbers that i desired to call in the usa. I called one of the numbers after confirming the numbers were registered correctly.
