I got an email from a man saying he was from Japan and needed to purchase a home asap. It was to be a cash buy. He wanted to pay list price and wanted the doucments via docusign. On 16 of march I and my husband went to Courts Mammoth Puchong Jaya to purchase a few items with the credit loan of rm4.9k, submitted the supporting documents: offer letter, utility bill (tnb), EPF statement etc while signing contract. i purchased an amigo plan card and registered the five numbers that i desired to call in the usa. I called one of the numbers after confirming the numbers were registered correctly. Telcel apparently didn't input this number correctly and consequently all my pesos were exhausted as I was charged international rates versus the 10 peso for 15 minute amigo plan rate. Cloud nine systems cleaned my carpet with the wrong products. Concequently the carpet in my media room was damaged beyond repair. This business solicited our company to do cleaning of our building. We signed a year contract with them. When we signed, we had a different franchise owner. After about 6 months, he was replaced by another owner. We learned that he had been jerked around by the franchise, sueed them & won.
