My mom signed a contract with these characters the week of june 26, 2010, probably around 6/23 to 6/25/10. My issue is with Smith and Williamson and item (2) Sequelogic Ltd. I was pursuing a claim for compensation against said company when Smith and Williamson were appointed. Paperwork regarding the claim was passed to outside bodies and suppressed in addition to incorrect notices being placed. Despite the Insolvency Act, Theft Act and Data Protection Act, the ICAEW elected to take no action upon complaint. Don't be taken in by Home Warranty Protection. These companies take your money, but if you submit a claim, they will look for every loophole in the contract not to pay the claim. I mistakenly signed up to use this company for my photography website. I had their service for only 10 days and then had to cancel it because I was not able to access my site or email for days! Find a grave.com photographed my 6 year old daughter's headstone and put it online. I was aghast when it popped up on my monitor. I have contacted the prosecutor and state police. The prosecutor says that I can file a civil complaint about this infringement against the guy who took and posted the picture. This person will not answer my emails and the police have located him. I feel this infringes on my privacy, copyright laws and personal property of mine being placed on the internet for advertising purposes. November 2010 - I was a hostess for a slumber party in May 2010 and no one has recieved their products yet. The consultant, Melissa Sales from Louisiana, gives a flaky explination to each person that contacts her. Most of the time she doesn't even answer the phone. Yahoo refuses payment of $24.95 using American Express. 8 attempts of making payment, 8 approval codes issued by AMEX and 8 denials by Yahoo. Multiple emails and phone calls have resulted in a refusal by Yahoo to honor payment.
