I started receiving spam e-mails from this company. I have attempted to opt-out many times. They make it really difficult, and then when you think you have it figured out, it doesn't work, and you continue getting their spam. Just recently I tried to unsubscribe yet again, and my virus protection gave me a warning message that their website is not conventional format and is likely virus infected. I and my husband eagerly registered to attend the September Symposium. At the time I was working in Africa. I sent in my registration and paid the fees for both my husband and I to attend. I ordered a 1987 454 mercruiser turnkey motor from remanufactured.com for $5490. When it was delivered it had automotive parts on it and they were not usable on a marine engine as well as the wrong exhaust system Remanufactured.com was fully aware that this was going into a 1987 SeaRay Cabin Cruiser to replace the 454 mercruiser that was damaged. We lost internet in July 2010 as we had an old router. Movistar said they would send one out - it is now November 2010 and after 12 phone calls, each time promising we would get it in 10 days, we still have no router and am unable to use our internet. I have never know such a company to give terrible customer service. Since July we have been paying 69 euros each month for internet that we can't access without the new Movistar router. I've held a RCI timeshare for 10 years. In those 10 years I've never be satisfied with the product $700 per year in maintenance fees, $179 in booking fees, $50 per year in membership fees and pay taxes on my 1 bedroom condo that I have the priviledge of being able to use for 1 week a year.
