Difficulty Cancelling service. TW refused to cancel service, due to my not knowing a PIN number (which I am sure was never provided) or the exact date and amount of my last payment (which is auto drafted). They will not allow cancellation online (where I can log in with my username and a password (which is NOT the same as this PIN number they want). I know my name, account number, address. The Wall plate warehouse has a poor quality Metroline brush nickel wallplate. The screws don't match the plate. They don't provide a phone number to call and talk with a customer service person. They have a 20% restocking fee even if you are not completely satisfied with the product. There is no way to tell what the product looks like under the plastic unless you open it first. Run, do not walk away from this auction. They present "artwork" that is extremely over-inflated in price and con you into "bidding" for pieces with hidden costs. The real issue begins when you get back to their office and they hit with framing, matting, shipping, insurance and administrative fees. You start off with with artwork @ $500 which magically ballons in price to $1, 200. If you try to get out of it they state they have on video tape. Eurolux's showroom located in Linbro Park is some distance from my home as I would image is the case for a majority of its customers. Luckily they claim to be open on Saturdays. It is a lie!
