This is with reference to the news "Etisalat Customer Care Centre achieves ISO 27001:2005 Certificate". I was trying to contact Etisalat Customer care number 101 for the last 48 Hours continuosly, to report the faults to my E-vision account. Untill now nobody has answered the phone and still continuing the fault. I am just wondering that on what basis this customer care got ISO certification. This is a classic bait and switch establishment. They advertise and offer for sale Warrantech extended warranties. They let you place an order and confirm your order via e-mail. When I called to confirm that they actually had the product, they said they did and that it would ship within couple days. The company finds anyway around not honoring warranty. After filing a claim because my son urinated on the sofa, they were supposed to send me cleaner. They never did. Called back said it was on its way and I still never received it. Called for a 3rd time and they put in for a technician to come. He came to clean it and said it was to "big" for him to do and they would send someone else out. Uniters did not. I would never buy a warranty from them again.
