The incident occurred at 13:00 on June 18. My husband and I walked into the store to look at evening gowns. There were two salespeople (women) in the store. Neither bothered to greet us when we entered the store and neither asked us if we needed any assistance. The young woman at the register didn't look up at all. The older woman got up and followed us only after we walked toward the back of the store. She followed us like a hawk after two voles but said absolutely nothing. Of course, we left empty handed. I would not wish this experience on my worst enemy! The couches that were delivered arrived damaged and poorly constructed, and now they refuse to issue a refund even though their own policy states that a full refund will be issued if the furniture is damaged during delivery. I would like to file a complaint against Foothills Tennis Village apartments in Roseville, CA. On June 16-June 17, 2010 the concrete on the property was being re-sealed. A notice was posted around the parking area a day prior, stating which apartment should move his/her car from their assigned parking slot. Do NOT be fooled by Carefree Energy Solutions in Simsbury CT. We signed a valid contract with the company for vinyl siding. The website offers a service to refinish scratched cds. I paid $34.95 for a 25 disc plan to fix 25 video games. I sent them 10 games and I didn't receive them back or hear for them. Then their website shutdown. So I got really nervous and sent them many emails and called them without ever getting a response. We rented a 31 camper from Woodlands Camper & RV over Memorial Weekend. They were very nice when we picked it up and explained everything involved. Very poor and sloppy interior paint job to 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Paint was on security system room monitors, furniture, and carpet. Paint was also on bed comforters and linens. This moving company damaged all the furniture they moved of ours. We are taking them to court to cover damages but because they are so crooked they think they have us beat.
