ICONTACT SUCKS . THEY ARE THIEVES . We had used Icontact to send several marketing emails for one of our clients. When we saw that it was not working as well as we needed, we canceled the order. Absurdly expensive internet that technically fulfills the contract, but only just. More than half the time, the service has data loss that prevents consistent downloads, or even browsing. Send some money to them for an assited purchase that they could not complete. The surprise was when I've tried to get the money back... I could not get an instant refund. On top of this I would need to pay some fees for the refund. Customer service is crap and they will not answer to email or try to help you in any way. I received my AT&T phone bill and noticed an $8.23 charge on my bill. This is the second time it has appeared and the fee was removed both times. For future references, AT&T offers a "third party" block for internet services. What this service does is insure that the internet customer AND an AT&T representative are on the phone at the same time to verify the subscription FREE OF CHARGE. I bought a Challenger phone card at £5. Normally I should get at least 140 minutes calling Zambia from England. I made the first call and I talked for 17 minutes and when I tried to make a second call the credit was quoted insufficient!
