The adult online company called "Hot G Vibe" does not show you how much standard shipping is until after you place your order. I placed an order with them a few days ago and was shocked to see how much I got charged for shipping. It would have been nice to see what the shipping fee was going to be. This company sold me a Bionx electric bike kit that did not work. Then after numerous phone calls and emails the owner finally said send it back for a full refund. I did and expected to lose 100 dollars in shipping to and from NYC since the items are battery and motor which are both heavy, but additionally I was charged a 20% restock fee after being told it would be waved. My last paycheck was withheld. The company said that the Pay Period dates listed on my paycheck were wrong. They proceeded to make up a "correct" pay period date, which made it so it looked like I already got paid for that Pay Period. Very deceptive business practices and bad accounting procedures. Employees should be notified of this practice and be very careful about checking their paychecks. I order phone on line, once received it would not activate, after hours on line with the company they could not get it to activate. They have yet, 3 months later given me a refund or after numbers of calls, offered anyway to send phone back for a refund. Second order placed a year or more later to buy more of an item purchased in first order, items were smaller than size indicated and no longer made in USA. I subscribe to internet service via StarHub called MaxOnline which is the highest level service they have for which I pay $116 per month plus tax. They claim you can get up to 100 mbps on the service and a minimum of 60 mbps. I experienced some serious issues in August where I was getting less than 1 mbps and could not even use the internet service.
