Took 4.5 hours to drive 40 miles back from lake on July 16th 2009. Took my $51, 000 truck to dealer for repairs.This dealer has done all service on truck since I bought it there new. They charged me $839.95 when I picked it up on Friday July 17th 2009 and said it was the fuel pump monitor but it runs perfect now. Went home to hook up my boat to return it to my slip. I received a letter from a collection agency, stating that I owed Sirius $33.09. I call Sirius to see how this could be and find that my account had not been closed out like I had requested when I called on February 4, 2009, well before the end of my two years term. They inform me that when I called in February, I inquired why Sirius had debited $1 from my bank account THREE days in a row (TRUE) and that at that time I had requested to be put on a "paper invoice" (FALSE!!). This company advertises 100 % satisfaction guarantee. Not true, once they submit images of logo your stuck. Even after 10-15 revisions you can not come to an agreement, you get no refund. And hope the account manager does not leave the company. If that happens its your responsibility to get another agent and keep open the lines of communication. Also be careful, they pressure you into the higher priced service in which you truely get nothing. My complaint is with the service department at Wheaton gmc in Nanaimo. I had my 06 sierra cause I was having problems with the breaks and steering. Turned out it was the steering arm that needed to be replaced and also the break calliper was siezed so the breakes where practicaly on constantly. So that was all covered under warranty no big deal about that but due to the break callipers It had odd tire wear and I have to get new tires at only 40000 kms, the original tires are suppose to last 80, 000. I bought a washing machine, second-hand but with six month guarantee. On delivery I paid for I was not given any water supply hose, I had to collect it from the shop. Then the machine took hardly any water or heat it to the washing temperature. When I called the shop, they said they would not take the item back but promised to send an egineer to fix the problem but the worker never came. This company is the same as Echo Premium Lender & Financial who is rated unsatisfactory by the BBB and who is also affiliated with the Marex Investment Group. I have been told by this company that I was approved for a $10, 000 loan at a fixed rate of 7% for 48 months. I would have to wire them four months premium up front and that as soon as they received it that they would either send me a check by mail in 24 to 48 hours or direct deposit the money in my account within 2 hours of receiving the money. The food is very good, however, recently, I went to the bakery and watched the girl working picking her nose as she waiting on customers, then not washing them, picking up bread and cakes with her bare hands, using the cash register, then continuing, all without hand washing. Purchased 3Tier solar lights. Love the lights. THE GROUND STAKES ARE AWFUL. The plastic stakes break easily. I am looking for metal ground stakes which I was told by the Home Depot salesman were available. I cannot find these stakes in the stores or online. I need 12 metal ground stakes. I have called 800 # and submitted an email that was returned undeliverable. This is not good customer service. I have several Hampton Bay products, from ceiling fans to patio furniture. The drivers were to arrive between 9-11am. They showed up on time and were to go directly to the new location. I was there for a half hour when I had to call THEM to find out that they were going to go downtown first and it would be 45 minutes before they got to my new location. FOUR hours later they arrived. The trailer was purchased online with the comments that it needed about $100.00 worth of work to it. The seller said it needed a new wheel stud, one had broke. The trailer needed a little TLC. In reality, it needed new brakes, 5 new lug nuts which the seller never mentioned were obsolete.
