I was quoted $6450.00 to install 645 glass blocks in our office renovation project. Changes had to be made to meet ADA codes and the wall was reduced to only 297 glass blocks. I called the company and asked why, and they told me there was nothing they could do. My complaint is about the misrepresentation of a child's toy - Cool Tools Activity Set - sold by this company. The illustration on the outside of the package shows a white molded plastic liner in one half of the case which has a fitted space for each tool that comes with the set. There is no such liner in the case, which makes it too difficult for our child to put the tools away and close the case by himself and causes frustration. I am currently looking for an apartment through craiglist without any broker fee and where it says no broker fee- there are actually apartments posted by broker and I cant really contact the real owner of the house or the apartment so that I can actually find an apartment and move in. We entered into an agreement with AT&T for the triple play: internet, phone, and dish network satellite, for $128.94 a month. Our first bill was $252, and our second was $214.00. I opened my ATT phone bill and found a charge for $14.95 from Foneright billed through ILD Teleservices. I have never heard of either of these companies.
