I purchased iCopy after I received an unsolicited email from Movavi.com to backup my new 3GS iPhone. (A Cucusoft product I purchased before did not work) However, iCopy also did not work on my Vista Ultimate HP Media Center machine. It NEVER discovers the iPhone (3GS). Hello. I ordered the Heel Stick and free grooming package and they said I should receive it in about six weeks. It has been a month in a half and I still have not received it. Every time I call I cannot find anyone useful. They keep redirecting me to another agency or number. I just want what I ordered. I decided to file a complaint against the company. Checked my E-mail last Friday and found the majority of my inbox messages said " unavailable" all dated 12/31/2069 7:00pm. I had 627 sent messages that stated the same. Spoke with cox and followed their instructions to disconnect this and reconnect that and check this...finally they remotely got in my email on their system and found it was their problem not mine. I have found other people this happened to but there has been no fix or call backs to update me on the status of this HUGE problem. In May 2008, I purchased a Craftsman riding mower. I am happy with my mower, that is not the issue. The issue is when I called the warrantee department one year later to report a problem and schedule my yearly free tune-up, I was told they no longer do that but I can get 10% off of that service. With 2 weeks notice I called Primus and told them to discontinue my service on April 29 2009. They told me I had to give them 30 days notice. I told them, I was giving them 2 weeks notice. Nuera Telecom is a complete ripoff. I was totally lied into the service. At first i was told no monthly fee and $0.05 calling per minute to Pakistan and India. Guess what? I tried calling Pakistan and India for 4 days and never got thru. And i found out i was charged $34.95 on a monthly basis. Then i called Nuera Telecom customer service line and all of the sudden THEY DONT SPEAK ENGLISH! As a longtime acquaintance of the owners of Pacific Corporate and Title Service, I did them a favor and acquired copies of Official Records from the Recorders Office in San Mateo County, California. I sent them these documents and outlaid the cost for the photocopies and delivery out of my own pocket. I billed them for reimbursement at-cost (no mark-up or profit ot me) in November 2008. They refused to reimburse until I sent a late notice in February and never paid a reasonable 10% that I added to the late bill for my hassle and lost interest on 4 months of nonpayment. We called right after confirmation from bank and they automatically assume that we are lying because they did not see a fax yet.
