Alltell recently gave in and sold out of Verizon. Nonetheless. their AirCard wireless service is terrible. And it hasn't improved with Verizon taking over either. It doesn't matter what make my AirCard is, it's signal recieved by the card that makes the difference and gees is the service and signal awful. Beware of Signature Vacations selling holidays and then making changes to the package with no form of compensation or recourse! We were notified of a flight change a week before travel. Flight times changed from 7:30 am to 7:30 pm! coming back, arrival went from 3:30 pm to 2 am the next day! I answered my phone today and listened to a recording from "my" bank. The prerecorded message said it was calling from my bank (Sovereign) and that it needed to re-verify my personal information because they lost my info. I was supposed to enter in my social security number (!!!), my birth date, and say my mother's maiden name after the beep. Failed my smog test to get me to pay them to "search for the problem". He was going to make me pay for 2 smog tests and several attempts to fix my car so it would smog. Last year He charged me 700.00 to fix a heating problem but never did. Now he got $55.95 for a rigged smog test. I saw him type unvalid statements on my printout.
