Has anyone ever inquired more information in a debt elimination webiste? I requested information online today and within hours I received a call from the company. They explained to me in great detail why I wouldn't have to pay my debt and how I could eliminate my debt completely. They also said that I would be working with an attorney so that I wouldn't have to talk to any of my creditors. A friend of mine's mom received a notice on the mail along with a cashier's check. The cashier check was for $4450.00. My friend called the number on the letter and spoke to someone who told her her mom had won money from two years ago. She also told her to deposit the check and that she would have to pay $2500 for an agent fee by Monday--this was on a Friday. The Eugene, Oregon Oreck Floor Care Center store sold a refurbished vacuum as a new one at the new price. They made NO indication it was a manufacturer refurbished unit (basic fraud bate and switch)They did not provide the same free"gifts' as advertised by Oreck. I am so angry about this company that I'm about to take this to the BBB. This company enticed people to sign up and get a free ipod. You had to have 10 people sign up with their website. At first glance expertbee.com is just another q&a site. However, they are asking their users to pay for answers, and then not delivering the answers. Sometimes a user will pay more than $100.00 (US Dollars) for an answer, and then get scammed. Since PayPal's policies prohibit the dispute of a transaction involving intangible goods, scammed users are helpless.
