Beware of this company. Anyone who says they have had a GREAT experience with them must be an employee. It is UNBELIEVABLE the lengths they go to to avoid the law. Even the bank has been befuddled by them. When I reported them to the bank the person I spoke to had just talked with another individual claiming fraud against the same company...with many names. They are located in many states and not 'legal' or licensed in any of them. The BBB has started many files on them in many states.

I went to Apex Aquarium looking for a corner aquarium with specific size requirements. 18 inch sides and 35 gallon capacity. Eric told me they could order me whatever I wanted. I placed the order with Rick the next day. I was very clear about the size needing to be 35 gallons. I was told it would be in in two days. It took a week. When I asked Eric about him originally telling me it would take 2 days, he said, 'that was a hope.'

We will be in court soon. They came to my boyfriends house broke in pulled my dog out with a catch pole chased my cats, and said they all were going to the pound to be put down. Thank God I showed up, but the sheriff said I had 1/2 an hour to get what I could then I would be locked out, and I could call Kriss wade to get the rest of my things. This is a HYIP (High Yield Investment Program) which I knew from the beginning was risky but I was persuaded by the monitor ratings on the website and the payments received posts on various forums. I did not do a 'scam' search.
I have now become more educated and am passing this on for the benefit of others.

This company is a total scam they are ripping off the public through a scam where you order flowers using 1800FLOWERS and then they debit your account for a membership that does not exist. When you call to speak to a represenative all they do is give the run around and the Supervisors are worthless to. I reported them to my Bank. Bank of America. and they are going to file with the fraud department. So keep a close eye on all of your online debits charges. I had to have the bank replace my Debit Card. I am a hughes net customer and when i spoke to a representative about the service I was assured that it was fast and affordable and great They convinced me that it really was high speed internet so instead of going with comcast like i first thought of doing i decided to go with Hughes net they locked me in to a 2 year contract (which I did not find out until all my paperwork was filled out and my service was installed) and as soon as the internet was hooked up i ended up getting a bad virus that wiped out my internet explorer. I was guaranteed better ad performance, more clicks turning into phone calls, and spending less money and getting more phone calls and leads. After one week, half of my monthly budget is somehow gone already. On top of that my number of phone calls per day went down to none almost. I got a total of 4 calls since I signed up beginning of June. I get 4 to 10 calls per day or more when I am running my own ad campaigns. I was scammed. Excel 2007 is a piece of crap. You messed up the charts wizard, you took away my ability to format the pages of multiple tabs in a workbook at once, and tools that were once easy to find are all over the place in your chaotic menus! My daughter ordered flowers for me. They delivered them in the afternoon. The next morning the flowers were dying. I sent her a picture of them and she said they were not even the flowers she ordered. She paid $100.00. The bouquet didnt even contain that amont of flowers. The vase looked like a tall coke glass. 2 words for TELUS: NEVER AGAIN!
Communication should be removed from their name.
Talked me into getting the "FREE" for a limited time bundle, said I could cancel at any time, then when I tried to cancel they would not respond to emails and would put me on hold for long periods of time and then disconnect the calls. This happened to me repeatedly over a 5 month time frame.

We had a manager's meeting today, and when my manager got back to the store he had a list of new procedures the employees are to follow to "prevent theft."
We are now expected to open purses and packages to let the video camera see inside them anytime we enter or leave the building.
We are to search the vendors when they come in to the store and leave.
Any "bulges" on our person are to to be exposed or "patted down" by the employee in the presence of a manager.

I rented a tuxedo to be in a wedding party. I offered to return the other groomsmen tuxes as I lived right next to the Men's Warehouse. I didn't know it was standard to return the tuxes on Sunday (still don't know if that's the case). I returned the tuxes on Monday and was told there would be a $20 fee imposed on each tuxedo. This is really not a complaint, but a different point of view from the other 2 complaints. I own a CGR30LP, manufactured by Sure heat. Granted over the last 5 years I have had some issues with it, but the customer service to this day has been fabulous. I know most of the people there have been there for years and are very knowledgeable about not only there product but other grills as well.
