I purchased a stackable washer and dryer on 2-7-07 at Speedway Appliance in Clarksburg, WV. They told my boyfriend Joseph Jackson that they would deliver it the next day. They said that they would call on that Thursday but they did not. I am one of 32 employees (in Florida) and none of us have received our W-2 from the company that manages our payroll, Frank Crum. The company claims the W-2's were postmarked by the 31st and there isn't anything they can do about the untimely delivery. We were asked to wait 10 days before requesting a duplicate W-2. Edible Arrangement- Made Valentine Day horrible for my sister. Her daughter, who is away in college, had chocolate cover strawberry send to her Mom at work, but it wasn't delivery until 5:15 after she left from work, They called her, but was verrrry rudddee, she didn't need this. This company fails to provide the support for their product as promised verbally and in writing. As advertised on their web site “Lifetime "No Hassle" Repair or Replacement” I phoned in my service order in December 2006 for a broken pane. It is now February 2007. I have been promised the replacement was on Monday’s truck for two months. Their Service Technicians do not return calls and the service provided to the customer after the sale is sub satisfactory. Norman's Orchids, also known as Orchids.com, really pulled one over on this girl that just wanted to order an orchid for her Grandpa's birthday. I gave myself ample delivery time in order to get the plant there in time. Two weeks pass since my Grandpa's birthday and still no response from him about receiving a beautiful orchid from me. I went to Unique Nails located @ 6612 Antoine Houston, Tx, 77091 on Wed Feb 14 @ approx 12:15pm to have the acrylic over lay removed from my real nails and have fresh acrylic applied and to get a pedicure. "Lyn" was the initial person working on my hands. The 1st mistake she made was leaving me sitting for an excess of 20 to 25 mins while she ate. I was in Bed, Bath, & Beyond today and tried to make a $5o purchase by check, but it was declined by Certegy check verification services. I did not understand because I had a large balance in my checking account. The Certegy rep told the clerk that I was a high risk and not to accept my check. The clerk then handed me a number to call the Certegy automated help line. They were very supportive as I am not computer savy and assisted me until I was able to access their servers. Why ask for input when they will block you if you do not agree with their good ole boy network? What good is the whole site? I ordered ONE bottle of a supplement. At the time, I told the salesperson I wanted to try just this one and would call them back if I wanted more. I made the salesperson repeat it back to me. Supposedly, our conversation was recorded, though I never heard any beeps. Anyway, they have charged me once again. When I called them about they refused to work with me. The item was defective, and I returned the item to the manufacturer, which is common practice, to have it repaired, within days of receiving it in the mail. Mercedes Publishing (AKA Knowles Publishing) called our place of business aggressively marketing an OSHA manual. Never did we agree that we wanted this manual. It was sent out anyway. Trying to talk to customer service representative, Tim Kinder, was a nightmare. He was rude, he yelled, and then hung up, when we repeatedly stated that we did not order this manual and wanted to return it. Be careful with solicitors from this company.
