I received our AT & T bill with a 19.99 charge from member's edge. When I called the company they said I signed up for a voice mail service. When I said I didn't they tried to tell me my husband did it. But the info they gave was all wrong. It wasn't the birthday, email address, and mothers maiden name. It has taken me 4 phone calls, emails, and a complaint to our Attorney General. And as of today they still have not credited our phone bill. I'm not surprised to read the complaint already on your website. I had the same experience & waited 3 days for pick-up without even a curtesy call. On the 3rd day I was told they would move me for free if the driver wasn't there between 2pm & 3pm. He showed up at 8pm that night. He also jacked up the price quote by over $400. Comcast is still playing the $100 Cash Back for digital Voice but after you order they say that your vendor does not support the $100 rebate. That is false advertising. When I write to them they respond with nonsense e-mails that make no sense. They said they were sorry that I found their ad offensive. What does that mean? We lived there about 6 years ago and just got in the mail from a collection agency a letter stating charges that were put on our account and that they were reporting to the major credit reporting agencies. We are supposedly to owe them $905.00. When I called the manager directly she said that we did not leave a forwarding address with them, so this is why we are just now getting any info. Be very wary about doing any contract work for Brilliant Blue, they currently owe me thousands of dollars, will not answer emails or return phone calls. The next step for me is to file a small claims suit against them to collect my fees. We signed a contract with Carolyn's Model & Talent Agency last year for my daughter. Basically we paid for pictures from their photographer. The pictures were horrible not even worth a $ 100 but we paid around $ 600. Of course I have a contract with ATT for cell phone service. It appears this contract only works one way-I pay, no matter what. Even if my new phone does not work, the extra features of the phone do not work, the phone dies and loses the signal. It has been replaced 3 times now and I still cannot use it. M3iworks.com is just a poor small one man show company. Every time I call this company, either I have been directed to a voice mail or no answer. When I was connected finally, I always get very angry talking. My project has no way to be solved by M3iworks. I’ve not only had a bad experience but an expensive one with Coker Flooring Co (since 1946). I spent $10, 000 on real hardwood flooring just 4 years ago from the location in Rockwall, Tx. I started having black spots show up in the wood. I spent another $1000 on plumbers to find out that my foundation is fine. I have a friend who works for this Arrons and she telss me that they run peoples creditr cards all the time with out any signatures. I work in a bank and one of my customers had me look into his account and it turned out that the local store was running his card becasue his son owed money on a laptop. The father was just a reference and the Manager Ray told my frind to just keep running the card each month until it is either paid out or does not go through. My father who does not own a computer noticed a charge on his Verizon phone bill for $14.95 plus tax from a service defined as "Resdnt1Email Mo Fee" billed on behalf of "Residential Email". On April 3 of 2009, I received a letter from my carrier, Verizon, that I had switched and authorized a change in my phone service to worldcom for my local and long distance. I do not have long distance with ANYONE. I did not speak to anyone from MCI about this switch. When I asked the Verizon rep, he said that MCI has been known for using pop ups that when you click on, it sends a cookie/spyware to their computers and changes your service. WITHOUT YOUR KNOWLEDGE. The carton was sort of smashed, but we figured the ciggarettes would be o.k. The packs were all stale!!! We didn't figure we had a choice but to smoke them anyway at $6.50 a pack! What is the best solution to get my money back. I paid $113 USD back in Oct 2008 and never received the photo book. When I emailed them they said it was due to be shipped. Of course they were lying. I then requested a refund (which they claimed was only $67 USD, which could be because the company is England and this is the exchange rate). Then they claim they have reversed my charges on credit card. They never did. I have been in touch with my bank. But they suspect they will not make a reversal at this point. This firm has nothing to do with Johnny Cochran. A man named Vincent Imhoff bought the Cochran name and is using it to beneft their firm. They sub contracted a NYC attorney who was not suitable, or even experienced, in my area of the law neeed to defend my case & also nearly put my wellbeing in jeopardy. Me and six year-old son decided to have a dinner after a school recital to the Boca Ale House. We were seated after 30 minutes after being told that the wait time is 20 minutes.
