This has been one of the worst, if not the worst, example of poor customer service I have ever been involved in! I purchased a Jack LaLaine Power Juicer which I needed to return to the factory for warranty service due to a burnt out motor. It was approx. 6 months old. I sent it via UPS on 12-15-2005 with all required documentation and a check for handling. Please do not use this plumber, BATE and SWITCH. I called to get a quote on hooking up a water softener and was told it was $59 to have a technician come out and do the job. I expected there to be fees for anything that took over an hour and-or parts which I was told were in the truck. This was a simple hookup where pipes were already in place. The pipes just needed to be cut and fitted to the brand new machine. We did not currently have a water softener to remove, therefore it was a pretty straightforward job. I ordered a Jump-o-lene from Willygoat.com for Christmas. I received an email notification stating the item was shipping. A few days later I received a call from Willygoat stating the product in the warehouse had been damaged and will be on backorder till January. I cancelled the order. On December 17, 2008, I ordered four DVD's from a2zcds.com. I used PayPal to pay them and my charge went through both PayPal and my bank on Deccmber 19, 2008. Right after Christmas I contacted them and they said they were sure it would come in a day or so. So, I waited, and my order still didn't come. She has treated me rudly and told me "not to put my feet on the chair" in a snippy manner when I was only stretching my legs due to a circulation problem. I am fed up with Citifinancial. I had paid what I thought was the balance of a promotion, when I realized I owed $71.00 more I called the company and was toold to submit the remainder of the payment. The payment was recieved a day later. I was charged the enite finance fee. I wrote better business, to report the comapny. Was contacted by Euro Exports from [email protected] re purchasing ongoing shipments of ipods/iphones etc. Was provided with photos and serial no's. Placed order of over $1500aud, never received items, I complained via email and was finally sent 6 ipods not genuine but cheap chinese copies with no memory or function just a case. Chain saw was bought for christmas present and used one day and quit working, looked in manual then removed cover the air filter was in wrong and on looking further metal shavings through out. Took back to Sears and they would not help me refered me to service department store. Once there they say can not do anything for you because passed 90 days. I am a consumer. I ordered this cam coder through on line and when I received it I got two packages meaning two items. I returned one item to Circuit City store in Rancho Cucamonga, CA but I got charged $211.00 for re-stocking. The Mgr seams to be arrogant and luck of cosumer courtecy. I told him that the package was tightly sealed but when I saw original box was not even taped and also the same as the other packaged. I brought a down puffy DKNY white coat that I loved. When it was time to wash it I looked over the instructions and it said to machine wash. I followed the instructions completely. When it was done the coat smelled funny like wet feathers so I dried it some more. The coat is no longer puffy and it still smells bad. This was a waist of $99.99. I used a pay phone this weekend to call a friend twice, each phone call lasting about 2 minutes long. I check my debit balance today and find I was charged $21 for each call... when each call would have been about a dollar using coins. Can someone please explain to me the fairness of this? I've tried reaching Server Yard or AllHostingSolutions.com via email and the chat feature they offer on the Server Yard website, but it appears they don't have customer service. No phone number to reach them and they don't reply to emails. The only emails I've ever received are the emails that are auto-generated telling me that they've received my request.
