We purchased the Kenmore Elite Refrigerator model#795-77573600/ serial#702KR00697 approx. one and a half years ago. We have never been able to regulate the temperature inside the refrigerator..it's freezing everything, or when we turn it down, it gets too warm. This company provides managed "care" prescription drug services to members. They require the use of a mail order service for any prescription used long term. The customer mails the paper prescription from the doctor, then awaits the appearance of the medication. The medication prescribed for me was on the Medco formulary at a premium price. They then held my car for over four weeks, (by law they have 14 days to sell) they got $1000. for my 2001 dodge with 31000. miles on it!! I begged them for a payment arrangement I was told no. I purchased a DR250 exact replacement drum from Computer Friends - All Toner. When the cartridge arrived I opened up the well packed box and everything looked fine. I replaced the cartridge, as I have done many time before, and turned on the machine. As soon as the machine started the plastic "first sheet" from the cartridge got stuck in the printer.
