We had requested to deactivate plan Internet 1500/- on 17/09/2007 to 121 the the SR No is 86091239, but tata indicon billed for the same in the month of October. I am an employee of a private software organization i come to office by bus. I travel in the APSRTC route no. 113y , 113I/M there are very few buses in this route. I have to wait long time to see the buses in this route. In this situation also some of the buses are not stopping at bus stops. Especially one bus 113I/M which comes from Uppal at around 8.45 which will be at Modern bakery busstop at around 8.55 is not at all stopping the bus. I made an online payment of Rs.3001.32 being on 07 Nov 2007 towards mobile bill payment to BHARTI CELLULAR LTD using my ICICI Credit Card. On October 27th, 2007, my husband and I went to the nearest Picture Me (Super Walmart) Studio. We had to drive fourty-five minutes to go to this studio, and upon arrival, was told that we would have to wait an hour to an hour and a half, due to appointments. Fine. I have N-70 Cell with Idea mobile network provider. I did life time recharge of Rs.495 on 6th Oct' 07. at 9.17 pm. on the same day i did value voucher of 147 at 9.50 pm to get low call rate facility. & on the same day i did recharge of Rs. 565. I have taken a broad band connection from hathway Baroda in july 07, connection was installed in Aug 07 though the payment was made in july, after installation it was observed that surfing was not happening in evening and night hours . problem continued for a month. I placed a layaway in the store on Oct 1, 2007 when Kmart started the $1 layaway and when I received my contract I told the sales person that I would not get paid on the exact payment due date she said oh they wont put it back for just a couple of days. I brought an USB ZTE CDMA 1X MODEM from Reliance Mobile 10 days before from Reliance Mobile in Brigade Road, Bangalore. This is a post paid connection that came with my HP Pavilion Note, thinking about the mobility and net connection speeds up to 144 kbps I paid Rs.3180 for this pathetic internet connection. The average connection speed I get is less than 15 kbps. Worst case is some times I get connection speed less than 5kbps. At these speeds even simple home page of google.com fails to load. Come to find out when I tried to make a claim, that this is not insurance from the carrier and in fact a majority of the ways your phone could get lost or damaged are not covered. The real issue is that none of this is explained up front when you make the purchase, it is only referred to under "What Circumstances Are Not Covered" after the fact. Do your research. I recently charged my Reliance India acoount for $ 20. Instead of crediting $20. they credited me for $ 14 and sent me a movie gift coupon which I didn't requst. I called their customer service with no response, I also sent a written complaint with no action taken so far. All I want them to credit my account $ 6 and not to promote any products while I am recharging my account.
