The complaint is : I was informed by phone that I had won a 3 night 4 day stay no string attached, at that point I specifically questioned the phoner was this time share to which he responded NO . I'm not sure where to even start...We stayed at Sandos Caracol Playa del Carmen Royal Elite sends out faxes to companies offering great rates and then after sending non-refundable reservation money, they bait & switch you into having to attend a time share, charging extra for "seasonal" and paying extra fees (taxes) upon arrival. Hi, My credit card was charged with the charges from customersupporthelp.com. I never made any purchase, infact the days those transactions were made i wasn't even home. On my credit card history it says that on 4th and 5 th i made those purchase and on those both days i wasn't home and was even on internet. Realy pissed off right now. This is to warn others whom book with Cheapoair that when there is a problem it is very difficult to deal with them. If all went smooth with your flight you won't know this, but if you go to fly home and the airline has never heard of you nor do they have the flight avail that is on your ticket ...this is where the problems begins and this is what happened to our family. We got into our hotel lobby at about 7:30 pm, on the evening of January 19th, 2009.The smell of sewer was overwhelmingly strong. This company automatically enrolls you in their "VIP Rewards Program" without your knowledge. The program automatically reorders and sends whatever you ordered every three months and charges your credit card. I complained to them and they said that I approved being enrolled in the program when I bought my first order. This is BS! If they had asked for my approval, it was hidden in the fine print somewhere. They purposely do this to sell you more orders than you want. We purchased insurance in August 2008 for a trip to Aruba in June 2009. I became pregnant and will be 32+ weeks at the time of our trip. My husband, 4yr old son, and I all got the insurance for the trip for this reason. I got a letter from my doctor explaining she advised me to not travel.
