I found this out on December 29th when i called to check my balance in the card for a purchase and the amount was only 11.00 dollars. I have since froze my credit/debit card and requested a statement from them just to see what was charged in total. My first transaction was suppost to be for bay download for $4.87 on december 3rd then i found out it was a scam then i went to cancel and found out there is no link to cancel the customer number they give is bogus, and refers you back to the site then they refer you back to the number... read full review »

I attempted to cancel this product within the timeframe stated on the website. However, it was impossible to get in contact with anyone via phone or email. I attempted stop payments through my bank; however, the amount drafted was different each time, so it was not successful. I am still trying to contact this company and working with my bank to stop these automatic drafts. I found it difficult to cancel the future billing. around the 15 of December i checked into an email i received having kids in school, it was information about grants, simple cost was $2.29 and as i read further down i decided to stop the transaction and got out of it. Travel Partners accepted our Time Share as part of the agreement with the Platinum Program sold to us (plus a payment of $3, 700.00). This Time Share was to be filed in August of 2006 and has not been done as yet. Maintenance was promised to be paid by Travel Partners (Betty) and has not. This leaves our credit rating in jeopardy. We waited for Travel Partners to show for a court arbitration and they were a 'no show'. We again have a court date for February 16, 2009. I bought aEverstar Dual Climate Wine Chiller at the HD and have had it for just over a year by about 1 month. It stopped reaching the temperatures needed to chill the wine. I was told at the HD that they have had many returned but since I have had mine for more than a year that they would not be able to give me an exchange or refund an I would have to call a tech to come out and fix it. On 12/03/2008, I booked a round trip to Hawaii from Portland OR. I did that at that time ONLY because my wife and I were offered $100 e-certificates which claimed it was good for interisland travel. So the combination of the fare and the certificate made the trip work for us. After booking the trip I was told by the web site that the certificate would appear in my account in about ten days. It's was August 2008 my family went to Cancun Mexico. We used our USA timeshare to exchange a week there. Ready to Go travel agency (based in New Jersey) is a scam. This company has offered an approximately ~$2000 rebate on a cruise and has repeatedly not paid the rebate. We have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and despite promises to repay the rebate, they have continued not to do so. The agency, run by Tina Rinaldi has clearly done this to many customers as she has sent out mass emails in response to our inquiries about obtaining our refund. We've been without a fridge for more than a week. My 5 years old Samsung fridge just bite the dust and I was in the process of replacing it with the same model from Best Buy, that was due to deliver tomorrow december 28, 2008. We stayed at the Old Court Hotel for one night recently. The booking was made in good time. When he booked my companion was first told that the hotel was full, then that there was one room available.
