Hi, I visited this place more than couple of times in this last 10 days, my complain is not based on one visit. The washroom is awful.. every time I go there .. I am not writing to complain about my adoption from Jennifer at Thyme and Sage Ranch. I have adopted two dogs from her and could not be happier with them. We were told by phone that we had won a trip. They went through all the wonderful things but would not give the "details" until the card number was given. Upon receipt of the card number it was made clear to us that we were responsible to pay for travel. We immediately wanted to cancel and were told that it was not possible. Beware of this company when doing a home loan. I was late on payments actully 3 and made the late fees. I went to pay a payment in person, my payment was denied, i called the main company to be told my home was in forclousure, i even tryed to talk to these ppl so i wouldent lose my home i worked very hard to get. With a name like Tutortime one would expect to have trained professionals working within these facilities however that is not the case. Children have little stimulation from untrained staff whom are mostly children themselves. Further, there is always a new face working there. The owner is completely out of touch with the lack of developmental stimulation, training and operates this franchise like a puppy mill. My dog died at a pet hospital. I used care credit to pay for his medical charges with care credit. They offered 0% for a short period. I arranged to have that balance transfered before the end of the 0% period. GEMB refused to accept the transfer and I was never informed. I made reservations at this Motel and even though I am cancelling a "year" in advance, they pretty much told me I am out of the $500+ that I spent on the room reservations. I have never heard of ANY Motel that did not have some kind of a refund policy, mostly when this room was booked for the Americade weekend when ALL motels are fulled to capacity. This dentist keeps his patients waiting forever for their appointment. If we as patients have to be on time, then he should do likewise. Also, this dentist is not very gentle. He put a crown on me and I was in pain for 2 weeks! He obviously did something wrong because when I came back (he seemed angry that he had to deal with it) he showed his assistant what it was after removing it. He never apologized. My in-laws are owners of a Silver Lakes timeshare. They are 87 and 83 years old on a fixed income. They have tried to sell their vacation club membership but have had no success.
